The work
One subject: people.
Everything I build comes from the same place - 25+ years watching what people do to feel enough, and what it costs them. A coaching practice, a consultancy, an introductions platform. They look like three different businesses. They’re one subject, applied three ways.
01 - Coaching / Confidante
The confidante work.
This is the quietest thing I do, and probably the most honest. Discreet 1:1 work for CEOs, founders and high-profile individuals - people who carry responsibility, visibility and consequence, and who have quietly ended up with nobody sensible to think with.
It grew out of 25+ years of clinical work and one repeated observation: at a certain level of success, everyone becomes the person other people bring things to, and there’s no one left to hand your own life to. Not because anything is broken. Because carrying it alone became the norm.
It isn’t therapy and it isn’t motivational cheerleading. It’s structured, confidential work, grounded in training across six therapeutic modalities and an MSc in Occupational Psychology - without the jargon. You’ll hear straight talk from someone who’s seen most things.
02 - The Performance Club
The consultancy.
The Performance Club takes the same clinical thinking into organisations - evidence-based workshops, Mental Health Champion training, and confidential 1:1 support for the people carrying the most in a business.
It started with a single article on perfectionism. A global law firm read it, got in touch, and has retained me for 6 years since - because perfectionism and high performance live in the same people, and law firms are full of both. That retainer is the proof of concept for everything the consultancy does: this isn’t wellness theatre, it’s behavioural insight that senior professionals actually use.
The specialism is perfectionism and performance - what exacting standards build, what they quietly take, and how organisations can keep the first without paying the second.
03 - Reddi
The introductions platform.
Reddi is a private, invitation-only network - introductions, not matches. No swiping, no algorithm theatre. Members are introduced properly, vouched for by the people who know them, the way it worked before the apps taught everyone to treat each other as inventory.
I built it myself, without a technical background and without external investment, after a decade of watching dating apps run on the same mechanism as a slot machine - and after living the single life those apps were supposed to fix. It launched just after I became a mum, and it’s grown steadily since, on nothing but the strength of the idea.
It’s not a departure from the clinical work. A good relationship remains one of the most reliable things I’ve seen improve a person’s life - and everyone else’s around them. Reddi is that observation, built as a product.
