Reddi is a private, invitation-only introductions network. No swiping, no algorithm theatre - introductions made properly, vouched for by the people who know you.
Why I built it
The dating industry monetises loneliness and calls it connection.
I founded Reddi because I’d spent years watching that happen professionally, and because I’d lived that side of it myself. Swiping rewards volume over judgement. An introduction made by someone who actually knows you is a different thing entirely - it carries context, and it carries accountability.
Reddi is built around that idea: members vouch for the people they introduce. No algorithm theatre, no infinite scroll - introductions made properly.
How it was built
Built without a technical background, or outside investment.
I built the app myself. When a dispute later left me without my own codebase, I rebuilt it in four weeks - still with no technical background. I’m told that’s the impressive part. Honestly, it was mostly stubbornness.
