ABOUT ME:
I work with people who are outwardly successful and inwardly carrying more than most people will ever see.

My clients are CEOs, founders, public figures and high-performing professionals operating in environments where pressure, visibility and responsibility are constant. They do not need motivation. They need clarity, internal stability and a place where complexity can be handled without judgement or performance.

My work is private, psychologically informed and deliberately bespoke.
BACKGROUND
I bring over 20 years of frontline experience in mental health alongside more than 15 years working in performance and leadership contexts.
My early career was spent in high-pressure NHS roles across both the public and private sector, supporting individuals and organisations where the cost of poor decision-making, burnout or emotional instability was real and immediate. That grounding shaped how I work to this day.
Alongside my clinical background, I have worked with leaders, executives and high-performing individuals across business, creative industries and the music world. I understand both the internal demands of success and the external scrutiny that often comes with it.
I hold a BSc in Mental Health Nursing and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths. My approach draws on evidence-based psychological frameworks including CBT, ACT, SFT, DBT and MBT, applied with discretion rather than dogma.
HOW I WORK
I do not follow templates or fixed programmes.

Every engagement is designed around the individual, their context and the reality of their life. This work is not about surface-level change or optimisation for its own sake. It is about creating internal conditions that allow sustained performance without chronic self-attack, overcontrol or burnout.
Clients often come to me when:

-
Their standards have become a source of pressure rather than strength
-
Decision-making feels heavy despite experience and competence
-
Success has not brought the stability they expected
-
The internal cost of performing at a high level has become unsustainable
My role is to help recalibrate how performance is held internally, so clarity, confidence and capacity return without losing ambition or edge.

BEYOND THE WORK
I am a founder and advisor across multiple ventures, including Reddi and L’Amour Privé, working within HNWI and private member environments.
I have held advisory and leadership roles within mental health and workplace wellbeing initiatives, and continue to engage at board and advisory level.

Outside of my professional life, I am a mother, family-oriented and deeply aware of the trade-offs that high-achieving individuals make, often quietly, behind the scenes.

This perspective informs how I work. Nothing here is theoretical.

If you are considering working with me, it is usually because something matters enough to be addressed properly.

That conversation is always private.
